Authentic Sri Lankan restaurant group The Coconut Tree shares Christmas menu
This December, authentic Sri Lankan restaurant group The Coconut Tree...
We asked Caroline White at Abbey Meadow Flowers based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, who cover weddings in Cheltenham, Gloucester and throughout Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, to talk us through some of the key trends that we will be seeing for wedding flowers for the remainder of the year.
Roses will always be a romantic choice, she says. As will the ever-popular rustic bridal bouquets, seasonal varieties that tie in with the time of year of the wedding, milk churns brimming with wild flowers and opulent table settings offering a grand look and feel. We are also seeing brides ordering flower pedestals, statement floral hoops, mix-match jam jars filled with just a few flower heads and often spray-painted in colours to match the theme, and log slices topped with an eclectic mix of jars, foliage, floral garlands, vibrant colours popping in bouquets and large, wild arrangements featuring feathers."
