This December, authentic Sri Lankan restaurant group The Coconut Tree with restaurants in Cheltenham, Oxford and Reading among other places, is sharing its Sri Lankan-style split sprouts & cashews recipe to celebrate the launch of its 2022 Christmas menu.
The Coconut Tree's much-loved Ho-Ho-Hoppers feature on the menu for another year along with the Sri Lankan-style split sprouts and cashews dish made with fresh sprouts and pan-fried with cashews, onion, garlic and chipper. There are also turkey baubles - crispy fried balls filled with quality British mince turkey, big island flavours and a pot of cranberry sauce. Customers can even enjoy a nice slice of Christmas cake and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
The Christmas menu also includes a number of set party meal offers encouraging customers to try a Coconut Tree Christmas with a festive lunch or night out with family, friends or colleagues.
