Tewkesbury Park, the luxury wedding venue in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire has opened Mint, its new restaurant that marks the end of a four-year renovation project costing almost £10million. The decoration of this new addition is fresh and bright, drawing upon its name. New dishes on the menu all use locally sourced ingredients and change eight times a year, carrying through the mint theme featuring the season's relevant herb, from winter mint mixed with sage to early summer mint mixed with lavender. They include pork belly with honey and ginger glaze and braised shin of beef. Drinks include a Chase Distillery gin, elderflower and fresh apple juice cocktail as well as a non-alcoholic green goddess with spinach, ginger and fresh apple as a nod to the restaurant's fresh, balanced approach. Tewkesbury Park also features an 18-hole golf course, squash and tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness suite, indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room plus 93 bedrooms including the Opulent Historic Suite, all with premium features.
