Wooden signpost stands in front of rolling green fields and a town For those looking to stay in the UK this half-term holiday and enjoy a staycation week away then head for Gloucestershire because researchers at Sunlife have found the best campervanning spots by analysing factors such as the number of campsites, fuel prices, vehicle offences, and even happiness levels for each location and Gloucestershire was voted third in the rankings. The Highlands in Scotland was voted in top place and Cornwall came second. This was closely followed by Dorset and then Devon.
