Celebrate Valentine's Day with the Adam Handling Restaurant Group

Chef Adam Handling's Ugly Butterfly restaurant in Cornwall This Valentine's Day, fall in love at (or with) the Adam Handling Restaurant Group with one of their romantic dining experiences. With Ugly Butterfly in Cornwall, a weekend of celebrations at Windsor-based The Loch & The Tyne, and a showstopping delivery box from Hame, you're really spoilt for choice on how to treat your Valentine.

For those to celebrate Valentine's Day at home, order one of the Hame restaurant delivery boxes designed for two people curated with a standout menu including grilled lobster served with garlic butter and little leaves followed by the finest quality Chateaubriand to share, which comes accompanied by millionaire chips, tomato, mushroom and peppercorn sauce, and watercress. Indulge in the chocolate fondant, strawberry clotted cream for dessert. The boxes are priced at £200 with a vegetarian option for £180 and are available for delivery on 11th February from www.adamhandling.co.uk/hame (if ordered before midnight on 6th February). 

There's nothing more romantic than cosying up in front of a log fire and there's no better place to do that than at The Loch & the Tyne, nestled in the heart of the countryside in Old Windsor. Enjoy an indulgent tasting menu alongside delicious cocktails, all in the setting of Adam's luxury British pub, complete with a winter garden and guest bedrooms – the perfect couple's retreat. The special menu boasts mouth-watering dishes such as mackerel, dill and BBQ potato, Balmoral chicken served with purple sprouting broccoli and black garlic and, to finish, a decadent chocolate soufflé tart accompanies with vanilla ice cream.

Guests can team their meal with a Lovesick cocktail blending vanilla vodka with homemade strawberry liqueur, creme de cacao and rhubarb or a Chemical Hearts cocktail made with cocoa butter-infused Ramsbury vodka, creme de cacao blanc, vanilla and mint.

The Valentine's menu at The Loch & the Tyne is priced at £85pp, with an extra £60pp for the wine pairing and is available on Saturday 12th February only. For those who'd prefer a Sunday celebration, a stunning premium Chateaubriand has been added to the usual Sunday menu and The Chateaubriand sharer is available on Sunday 13th February.

Celebrate Valentine's Day with a Cornish dining experience at Ugly Butterfly (pictured), feasting on a menu created using the finest locally sourced produce and take in the sights of the stunning St. Ives coastline while you eat. With an exclusive Valentine's tasting menu including dishes such as raw scallop served with apple and dashi or halibut with carrot, couples can sample the tasty cocktails including Roses on Linen created with the chef's chocolate liqueur and discarded grapeskin vodka or To Spice Things Up blending Patron tequila with beets and barley cordial, Carbis sage and Cornish chilli salt.

The Valentine's menu at Ugly Butterfly is priced at 125pp, including a complimentary glass of Polgoon Rosé, and is available for lunch and dinner on February 14th.
