Cheltenham-based The Vanilla Pod Bakery unveil Xmas collection

The Vanilla Pod Bakery has launched a new Limited Edition Collection for Christmas 2021 that's now available to order from their online shop. The collection showcases a wide range of indulgent treats and rather controversially, there are no traditional fruit cakes on the menu! Instead, the award-winning bakery has opted for a collection of show-stopping cakes in delicious flavours such as apple and cinnamon, chocolate and cherry and Christmas spice.

The collection also includes iced Christmas biscuits, cupcakes, macarons and triple chocolate brownie wreaths .Owner of the Vanilla Pod Bakery, Pia Cato, tells us, "I'm so excited for this collection and so proud of my team for coming up with such super designs, the collection is so beautiful. We all played a part in the creation and I have to say the small round brownie wreath is my absolute favourite. Not only is it delicious but it really does make the perfect gift to send to loved ones."

The iced biscuits, macarons and triple chocolate brownie wreaths are packaged in the Vanilla Pod Bakery's signature navy blue boxes and can be posted nationwide. The entire range is also available to collect from their cake studio, with the celebration cakes and cupcakes also available for local delivery. Pre-order is essential because they bake to order. The last postal date before Christmas is Tuesday, 21st December and the last collection date from the Vanilla Pod Bakery cake studio is 24th December at 1:30pm. The studio will then be closed for cake orders until 5th January 2022.

The Vanilla Pod Bakery also creates postal Tasting Boxes which are perfect for afternoon teas or to try a selection of wedding cake flavours. As well as extra special bespoke celebrations and wedding cakes.
