Tracey and Brendan's wedding followed a rustic theme with decorative vintage props including bicycles, wooden signs, and an old-fashioned typewriter
Tracey Murray, 28, married Brendan Murray, 27, at Hyde Barn on 21st May, 2016.
Here, Stacey shares more about their big day...
We fell in love with the view of the Cotswolds and adored how peaceful and secluded our venue was.
Our favours were miniature bottles of sloe gin made by both of our mums. Each bottle had a 'handmade with love' sticker on the bottle and a swing tag attached showing each guests' name.
The seating plan was names of our guests pegged onto twine all displayed within a rustic crate.
We decorated the barn with floral bunting and wild meadow-style flowers displayed in an assortment of jars, tins, milk churns and jugs to create a handpicked feel. These included spray roses, gypsophila, miniature daisies and larkspur.
Brendan chose his navy blue, single button suit and accessorized it with braces, a bow tie and brown brogue shoes. The groomsmen wore suits to match.
We had a vintage typewriter holding an instruction note of how to use our Polaroid guestbook table.
We styled our wedding with large handmade wooden signs including a welcome one – a large blackboard frame with a 'who's who' of the wedding party.
I found my dream dress in a boutique in Brighton. It was an elegant style with lace scalloped edging and a low back. I teamed it with a floral crown and vintage earrings.
We had an acoustic duo comprising of a female singer with a male guitarist for the ceremony and reception drinks, and then a live band covering pop songs for the evening reception. The dancefloor was full all evening!
One of our favourite moments of the day was spending our first moment alone as new husband and wife watching the sunset.
