Letter Press are well established printers of top-quality stationery. They have more than twenty years’ experience in letterpress printing and regularly create all kinds of bespoke designs for our clients be it wedding invitations, social invitations, birth announcements, change of address or Christmas invitations.
In 2017 The Letterpress of Cirencester, now known as The Letter Press, was taken over by Gee Brothers and both companies now operate from the same site in Battersea, since the Cirencester shop sadly closed in 2019. Together they have joined forces to continue to keep producing fine quality work for many years to come.
Gee Brothers was started unintentionally when founder Andrew Pearson-Gee’s father gave him a small Adana printing press for his 7th birthday. What started as a game ended up tempting him away from chartered surveying to start Gee Brothers full-time in 1975.
It has been a family company and became Gee Brothers by name in 1999 when Andrew’s brother William left the Army and joined. The company has grown organically since its inception and has built up an enviable reputation for high quality and excellent service.
Now under new management and run by a small, skilled team of 10, still working and printing on the same site in Battersea, Gee Brothers are passionate about preserving traditional print processes and pride themselves on producing stunning printed stationery.
