Elmore Court

This award-winning wedding and events venue in the heart of the Cotswolds is a 13th-century, Grade II listed country house set in stunning surroundings with panoramic views across the River Severn. It opened as a sustainably-built wedding venue in 2013, after being lovingly transformed, and recent developments include the walled garden that forms part of the estate having been restored to its original working-produce garden.

Ceremonies take place in a variety of areas in the main house and gardens including in The Hall. Dinner and dancing is enjoyed in The Gillyflower, a romantic event space in the grounds draped in fairylights and home to a state-of-the-art sound and light system.

The menus are prepared by head chef Matt Greene with all dishes created using ingredients sourced straight from the walled garden. To accompany dinner, there’s a selection of wines and why not treat your guests to cocktails?

New jewellery launch from Cooljoolz

Award-winning jewellery company Cooljoolz has unveiled an alternative metal into their collection of bespoke wedding rings called tantalum. Co-owner Carolyn Moloney who runs the business with her husband Kevin tells us, "tantalum is an interesting and fairly rare metal, so we're excited to be working with it. It's a rich blue-grey with a masculine appearance. It weighs the same as platinum but is a fraction of the cost." Whilst it's new to use in jewellery items, the benefits are that it doesn't scratch and mark as much as other metals and when it does, it can be polished back to its original state.
